Risks and challenges

We’ve Been Building This for Years — and We Didn’t Rush Anything
When we began developing Agari, we had two priorities: create the most consistent way to cook at home, and refuse to launch until the system performed flawlessly.
That’s why we spent years refining the design before presenting it to the public. We built a production-ready prototype, completed all industrial tooling, and rigorously tested every key function—including scanning and food identification, remote temperature sensing, rapid heat transitions with our double-wall system, and controlled low-temperature cooking.
Every early unit was assembled by our engineering team, piece by piece. This hands-on process allowed us to continually adjust, reinforce, and re-engineer components until we achieved a design that is reliable, efficient, and prepared for real-world use.

What’s Still Ahead
The next major step is moving from our in-house builds into full-scale production. We are finalizing our manufacturing partnership and completing the remaining certifications required for market release. While we’ve planned time for these stages, large-scale production can always introduce unexpected variables. If anything changes, we’ll communicate clearly—what happened, why it matters, and how we’re addressing it.
