The Agari cooker provides all the benefits of sous-vide cooking without the hassle:


  • No plastic bags or vacuum sealer required
  • Significantly faster cooking times (3x faster than sous-vide at the same cooking temperature). It cooks faster due to pressure. Increasing pressure in the cooker increases the density. That means more particles of air transferring more heat to the food faster. 
  • Built-in searing function for a perfect sear without transferring food


Our proprietary 3D scanning technology uses multiple sensors to:


  1. Identify the type of food you're cooking
  2. Calculate its exact dimensions
  3. Measure its initial temperature
  4. Use AI algorithms to determine the perfect cooking parameters for your specific food item


This ensures consistent, professional-quality results every time, regardless of variations in food size or starting temperature.


The external dimensions are 19.9" L x 14.4" W x 16" H (505mm x 365mm x 406mm). The cooker has a round face with a 10” internal diameter and 10” depth (254mm Diameter X 254 mm depth).


A grill positioned in the center height of the oven has a cooking surface of approximately 10” W X 10” D (254 mm X 254 mm). A grill positioned about 2” below the center has a cooking surface of approximately 8” W X 10” D (203mm X 254mm).


The Agari combines 3D scanning technology, low-temperature pressure cooking, and a patented double-wall design that can switch from 65°C (150°F) to 289°C (550°F) in just 30 seconds. This allows for true automatic reverse sear cooking that produces restaurant-quality results with minimal effort.


The Agari can handle a wide variety of proteins including whole chickens, multiple steaks, roasts, pork tenderloins, lamb racks, fish fillets, and more - plenty of space for family-sized meals.


The Agari cooker uses forced air convection at high temperature (up to 289°C/550°F) that sears all exposed surfaces simultaneously. The pressure and steam cooking in the initial phase ensures even cooking throughout, then the rapid transition to high heat creates that perfect sear on all sides that are exposed to the air.


The Agari operates on standard household power, drawing approximately 1500-1800 watts during operation. The North American unit runs on 120V 15amp power and connects to a standard plug. There will also be an international unit for 220V-240V with appropriate plug options. 


No, the Agari has a built-in 7-inch tablet interface that gives you complete control over all features. The 3D scanning, AI food recognition, and cooking algorithms are all processed locally on the device itself.


REGULAR CLEANING


  • Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild cleaning solution.
  • Wipe lens with the provided glass cleaning tool after each use.
  • For metal surfaces, use a stainless-steel cleaner to maintain the finish.
  • If any mineral buildup appears on the cooking surface, apply a few drops of distilled vinegar mixed with warm water and gently scrub with a soft sponge.
  • Clean the interior after each use to prevent grease or food residue buildup, which can affect performance. For stubborn spots, use a non-abrasive degreaser.
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaning chemicals, as they may damage the appliance's finish and internal components.


DEEP CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR AGARI SMART COOKER

  1. Select the Deep Cleaning function on the cooker. Agari will automatically preheat and run a steam cycle to loosen any residue.
  2. Once pre-cleaning is complete, the cooker will prompt you to apply a non-caustic oven cleaner.
  3. Set the delay time based on the cleaner’s recommended duration.
  4. When the delay time is up, Agari will prompt you to wipe down all surfaces. Use a damp cloth or soft sponge to remove any residue.
  5. Once cleaning is complete, select the Rinse function. Agari will run a high-moisture steam and heat cycle to eliminate any remaining cleaner.
  6. Your cooker is now refreshed and ready for use!


Note: Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners on external plastic components. Stick to mild, non-caustic solutions for the best results.
